Shipping policy
Where We Ship
MZ Collections Inc ships to addresses within the United States, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (where applicable by carrier restrictions).
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days — cost calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — cost calculated at checkout
Delivery times are estimates from date of shipment, not order date, and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or significantly delayed, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect address information.
PO Boxes
Standard shipments can typically be delivered to PO Boxes; expedited shipments may require a physical address depending on carrier.
